The Agilent 531 thermocouple gauge tube is ideally suited to your rough vacuum applications. It measures total pressures in the 1 x 10-3 to 2 Torr absolute range (1.3 x 10-3 to 2.7 mbar). The 531 TC gauge exhibits rapid response to pressure changes and is unaffected by mounting orientation.
