ACQUITY Premier Glycan BEH Amide, 130 Å, 1.7 µm, VanGuard FIT 2.1 x 150mm Columns are designed for HILIC-mode separations of 2-aminobenzamide (2-AB), 2-aminobenzoic acid (2-AA), or Waters RapiFluor-MS (RFMS) (p/n: 176003635) labeled glycans. Each batch of Glycan BEH Amide 130Å, 1.7 µm material is specifically quality control tested with the Waters Glycan Performance Test Standard (p/n: 186006349) to help ensure batch-to-batch consistency. The column hardware utilizes MaxPeak High Performance Surface (HPS) that reduces unwanted analyte surface interactions and greatly improves peak shape, recovery, and reproducibility. The VanGuard FIT Column format is an all-in-one, guard-column design engineered to reduce dead volume and increase column lifetime.
