The ACQUITY Premier Oligonucleotide BEH C18, 300 Å, 1.7 µm, 2.1 x 20 mm is used to separate oligonucleotides via ion-pairing reversed-phase (IP-RP) chromatography on UPLC systems. Each column incorporates Waters’ BEH hybrid particle technology for unmatched pH and temperature stability and our MaxPeak Premier high performance surface technology for ultra-low non-specific adsorption. Stationary phase batches are QC tested using the Waters MassPREP Oligonucleotide Standard to ensure lot-to-lot performance.
