Alpha-1-Microglobulin (Turbidimetry and Nephelometry)

Polyclonal Rabbit Anti-Human Alpha-1-Microglobulin is intended for the quantitative determination of alpha-1-microglobulin (protein HC) in human sample material by turbidimetry and nephelometry. The sample is mixed with the antibody solution. The resulting immune complexes are measured by turbidimetry or nephelometry. The signal generated is correlated with the concentration of alpha-1-microglobulin in the sample. By interpolation on a standard curve the concentration of alpha-1-microglobulin in the sample is calculated.The measuring range is approximately 5-100 mg/L in urine depending on the specific lot of the calibrator and the Application Note used.
