An atomic absorption spray chamber, or AA spray chamber, is an essential component for enhancing the analytical performance of flame AA spectrometers. An AAS atomization chamber helps mix the nebulized aerosol with fuel, ensuring minimal carbon build-up, reduced burner blockage, and decreased volatilization interferences.The Mark 7 spray chamber features an adjustable glass bead positioned in front of the nebulizer venturi, which breaks up aerosol droplets and provides control over aerosol concentration. Removable twin-head mixing paddles reverse the direction of aerosol rotation twice, promoting further mixing and large droplet removal. This results in a fine aerosol, reducing burner blockage and noise, and improving long-term signal stability. Each flame atomization chamber is specifically designed for current Agilent AA instruments, maximizing operation time without loss of analytical sensitivity or operational convenience.
