Brilliant HRM ultra-fast Loci master mix is a platform-independent mix for high-resolution melt (HRM) analysis. Combining a mutant Fast-Start Taq polymerase, optimized MgCl2 and dNTPs concentrations, and EvaGreen, release-on-demand dye for fast results for the most difficult genotypes.Reduce experiment preparation time while low surfactant levels minimize bubble issues during pipetting. Proprietary, mutant Fast-Start Taq polymerase requires only three minutes for activation. Can be used with the AriaMx Real-Time PCR system or any HRM-capable thermal cycler.
