Cary Eclipse Automated Polarizer

The Agilent Cary Eclipse automated polarizer accessory enables fluorescence polarization or anisotropy to be measured with the Cary Eclipse fluorescence spectrophotometer. These measurements provide information about a molecule’s orientation, conformation, and interaction with other molecules.The automated polarizer accessory is software controlled, and automatically moves between the vertical and horizontal polarization positions. The accessory includes the motorized mechanism and the vertical and horizontal polarizers.
