CD10

Anti-human CD10 antibodies for use in flow cytometry. These single-color reagents are of value to the study of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), mature B-cell leukemia, including multiple myeloma, and in lymphomas.CD10 is a 100 kDa transmembrane protein. CD10 is expressed on immature T and B-precursor cells but is lost as the cells reach maturation. In lymphoid malignancies, CD10 is expressed in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) arising from precursor B cells, but is also observed in a proportion of T-cell ALL.
