Anti-human CD13 antibodies for use in flow cytometry. These single-color reagents are of value to the study of normal or progenitor granulocyte and monocyte cells.CD13 is identical to aminopeptidase N. CD13 is expressed by committed granulocyte-monocyte progenitor (CFU-GM) cells, and normal granulocytic and monocytic cells at all stages of differentiation. Lymphocytes and platelets do not express CD13.
