CD23

Anti-human CD23 antibodies for use in flow cytometry. These single-color reagents are of value to the study of B cells and monocytes.CD23 is primarily expressed on B cells and monocytes including a strong expression on EBV-transformed B lymphoblasts. On B cells, CD23 is selectively expressed on sIgM/sIgD double-bearing cells, and is lost upon differentiation into Ig-secreting cells. CD23 is also present on a large variety of other cells such as T cells, eosinophils, platelets, Langerhans cells and a subset of thymic epithelial cells.
