Anti-human CD235a antibodies for use in flow cytometry. These single-color reagents are of value to the study of erythroid cells.Reacts with normal erythroid cells at essentially all stages of differentiation from erythroblasts to mature erythrocytes. The majority of cases of erythroleukaemia express glycophorin A on neoplastic erythroblasts, whereas acute myeloid leukaemia and acute lymphoblastic leukaemia only very rarely express glycophorin A.Further information and references to relevant literature are available in the product’s Instructions For Use.
