These single-color reagents are of value to the study of B-cells.CD24 is expressed at multiple stages of B cell development, beginning with the bone marrow CD34+ pro-B-cell compartment and continuing through mature surface IgM+/IgD+ B cells. Plasma cells express very low to negligible levels of CD24.
