Anti-human CD27 antibodies. These single-color reagents are of value to the study of T cells, B cells, and natural killer (NK) cells.CD27 is a transmembrane antigen expressed on the majority of human peripheral blood T cells, on a subpopulation of B cells, and on a portion of natural killer (NK) cells. CD27 acts in a co-stimulatory fashion with the ligand, CD70.
