CD38

Anti-human CD38 antibodies for use in flow cytometry. These single-color reagents are of value to the study of acute leukemias and autoimmune diseases.CD38 is expressed on plasma cells, on early cells of B and T cell lineages, and on activated B and T cells. Approximately 60% of peripheral blood mononuclear CD34+ cells express CD38. The least mature CD34+ cells are characterized by a lack of CD38.
