Anti-human CD45RO antibodies for use in flow cytometry. These single-color reagents are of value to the study of activated T lymphocytes.Activated and memory T lymphocytes express CD45RO, the shortest CD45 isoform, which lacks all three of the A, B, and C regions. This shortest isoform facilitates T cell activation. The antibody reacts with an epitope unique for CD45R0, labeling most thymocytes, a subpopulation of resting T cells within both CD4 and CD8 subsets and mature, activated T cells.Further information and references to relevant literature are available in the product’s Instructions For Use.
