Community Designs for Oncology Research

The Agilent Community Designs for Oncology Research are NGS panels for somatic cancer biomarker profiling. These panels were designed by key thought leaders in clinical cancer research for detecting genetics variant and genomic signatures, including tumor mutational burden (TMB) and microsatellite instability (MSI).The Glasgow cancer NGS panels were designed by the Glasgow Precision Oncology Laboratory (GPOL) team for comprehensive genomic profiling in solid tumors and blood cancers. By delivering genomic insights from clinical cancer samples rapidly and cost-effectively, GPOL is leading the implementation of broad cancer genomic testing.Agilent has not performed verification and validation on these panels.
