Complete Control System

The Complete Control Inducible Mammalian Expression System provides the tightest control of expression available in mammalian cells. The system is based on synthetic ecdysone-inducible receptor and synthetic receptor recognition element that modulates gene expression. A retroviral version of the Complete Control System expands its utility with induction ratios of >1,000-fold in tissue culture cells.
