Gill’s 3 Hematoxylin, Dako

Dako Gill’s 3 Hematoxylin is a histological staining reagent which is suitable for visualization of nuclei in formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections, frozen sections, and cell preparations. It is validated together with Dako Eosin Y Phloxine B reagent and is suitable for both regressive and progressive H&E staining. The staining result is a well delineated crisp color in cell nuclei and will also show a blue color in mucin. Dako Gill’s 3 Hematoxylin may be used as a regressive staining reagent in combination with Dako Differentiation Solution. Dako Gill’s 3 Hematoxylin is a ready-to-use reagent for Dako CoverStainer.
