Human U6 Forward Primer

Using a novel primer design strategy Agilent optimized primers for different human miRNA that were selected based upon their roles in cancer and development. The miRNAs were validated using 15-250 ng input total RNA and resulted in a linear signal when quantitating miRNA of high, medium, and low abundance.
