Integrated Autosampler (I-AS)

The Agilent integrated autosampler (I-AS) is a clean, covered ICP-MS autosampler used for ultratrace analysis of semiconductor samples and other trace metal applications on Agilent ICP-MS systems.The I-AS is ideal for semiconductor analysis, small sample volumes, and other applications involving ultratrace level analysis. With its metal-free probe arm, removable sample rack cover, and continuous flowing rinse port, the I-AS is designed for trace level analysis of elements that are common laboratory contaminants. Flexible sample tray configurations and large volume bottles for tune solution, standards, or additional rinse solutions accommodate a wide range of sample analysis.
