Kappa Light Chains (Turbidimetry and Nephelometry)

Polyclonal Rabbit Anti-Human Kappa Light Chains is intended for the quantitative determination of kappa light chains in human sample material by turbidimetry and nephelometry. The sample is mixed with the antibody solution. The resulting immune complexes are measured by turbidimetry or nephelometry. The signal generated is correlated with the concentration of kappa light chains in the sample. By interpolation on a standard curve the concentration of kappa light chains in the sample is calculated.The measuring range is approximately 0.6-12 g/L in serum depending on the specific lot of the calibrator and the Application Note used.
