Lambda FIX II Vector Kits

Agilent Lambda FIX II/Xho I Partial Fill-in Vectors offer traditional genomic cloning of samples containing from 9 to 23 KB fragments. All of our vectors for genomic library construction contain T3 and T7 RNA promoters to ensure rapid gene walking and high-resolution gene mapping.The T3 and T7 promoters flank the insertion sites and can generate end-specific RNA probes for use in chromosomal walking and restriction mapping. In addition, the partial fill-in vector cloning kit features a Lambda vector predigested with Xho I. The Lambda FIX II system also takes advantage of spi (sensitive to P2 inhibition) selection.
