Lambda Light Chains (Turbidimetry and Nephelometry)

Polyclonal Rabbit Anti-Human Lambda Light Chains is intended for the quantitative determination of lambda light chains in human sample material by turbidimetry and nephelometry. The sample is mixed with the antibody solution. The resulting immune complexes are measured by turbidimetry or nephelometry. The signal generated is correlated with the concentration of lambda light chains in the sample. By interpolation on a standard curve the concentration of light chains in the sample is calculated.The measuring range is approximately 0.3-7.0 g/L in serum depending on the specific lot of the calibrator and the Application Note used.
