Mouse Reference RNA

The Agilent Mouse Reference RNA product is made from total RNA extracted from multiple cell lines representing different mouse tissues. This has been pooled from 11 mice and then treated to remove DNA to undetectable levels.The product is typically used to optimize primer/probe sets to ensure no cross reactivity. It is also employed as a standard to relatively quantitate unknowns to an unchanging reference for immediate validation without wasting precious RNA. In addition, mouse reference RNA may be used to compare qPCR efficiencies across labs/platforms/experiments.
