Myeloperoxidase

Anti-human myeloperoxidase antibodies for use in flow cytometry. These single-color reagents are of value to the study of granulocytes and monocytes.Human myeloperoxidase (MPO) is a 150 kDa tetrameric polypeptide consisting of 2 covalently linked subunits ofapproximately 59 kDa and 2 subunits of approximately 13 kDa. MPO is a lysosomal enzyme present abundantly in the azurophilic granules of neutrophils and at lower concentration in the granules of monocytes.
