ICP-MS system operates with an ICP-MS Nebulizer, in which a high velocity Argon gas stream meets a liquid stream causing filmwise breakup of the solution into a fine aerosol. The aerosol particle size should ideally be sub-10µm with a narrow particle size distribution to achieve efficient atomization and ionization. Agilent offers a comprehensive range of ICP-MS nebulizers and supplies to solve any ICP-MS analysis challenge.The portfolio includes standard glass concentric nebulizer (MicroMist), quartz and inert PFA nebulizers (MicroFlow and C-Flow), as well as robust Mira Mist PEEK or PTFE for high TDS samples and low-flow self-aspirating or total consumption nebulizers for your clinical or limited volume samples. ICP-MS nebulizer support is provided with a full range of accessories for all models including nebulizer cleaning tools.
