OneSeq Constitutional Research Panel

The OneSeq Constitutional Research Panel builds on SureSelect’s ability to enhance constitutional and advanced clinical research. The OneSeq enables combined detection of genome-wide CNVs, copy-neutral LOH, and SNPs and indels. This allows researchers to make rapid discoveries of new genes associated with syndromes.In addition, the OneSeq enables investigation of the role of CNVs and mutations in many genetic disorders. It also offers a faster and more cost-effective solution than deep whole genome sequencing. The system also includes efficient integrated data analysis using Agilent’s SureCall software.
