Agilent’s range of Pfu DNA Polymerases includes Pfu DNA Polymerase, a proofreading DNA polymerase isolated from Pyrococcus furiosus.The portfolio also features the recombinant Exo- Pfu DNA Polymerase (a genetically engineered mutant of the cloned Pfu DNA format) and the PfuTurbo DNA Polymerase with an optional alternative detergent.
