Triple-color reagent of the composition: Rabbit F(ab’)2/FITC + Rabbit F(ab’)2/RPE + Mouse IgG1/RPE-Cy5 antibodies.Rabbit F(ab’)2/FITC and Rabbit F(ab’)2/RPE have been prepared from non-immunized rabbits.
