RNA ScreenTape Analysis

The RNA ScreenTape assay, together with the TapeStation systems, provides efficient and reliable automated electrophoretic separation of total RNA down to 5 ng/µL. The assay enables quality assessment for both prokaryotic and eukaryotic samples, as well as accurate quantity assessment for eukaryotic samples, and provides information about sample integrity, sizing, and concentration.For objective evaluation of RNA degradation, the RNA Integrity Number equivalent (RINe) serves as the ideal quality control (QC) metric in NGS workflows.The ScreenTape assays are compatible with all TapeStation instruments.
