Seahorse XF Glycolytic Rate Assay Kit

The Agilent Seahorse Glycolytic Rate Assay provides a precise measure of glycolysis in live cells, revealing transient responses and rapid metabolic switches not discernible in end-point lactate assays. Run on Agilent Seahorse XF Analyzers, this assay quantifies proton efflux specific to glycolysis and should be performed using XF pH-ready media. Each kit contains the material sufficient for six full plate tests. The XF kit is for use with 96- or 24-well Seahorse Analyzers. The XFp kit is for use with 8-well Seahorse Analyzers.This assay is not compatible with XFe96 Spheroid, XF24 V28, XF24 Islet or XF Flex 3D Capture plates.
