Seahorse XF Mito Fuel Flex Test Kit

The Agilent Seahorse Mito Fuel Flex Test kit (also known as the XF Fuel Inhibitor Pack) provides an analytical method for measuring mitochondrial fuel oxidation in live cells. A set of inhibitors are used to reveal the cells’ ability to switch oxidative pathways to meet energetic demands. It provides information on the relative contributions of glucose, glutamine, and long-chain fatty acid oxidation.Note: The name of this product will be changed by October 2024.
