Sep-Pak Primary Secondary Amine (PSA) is a silica based bonded phase containing primary and secondary amines. The sorbent has similar selectivity to aminopropyl but with higher pKa’s and increased ion-exchange capacity. It has strong affinity for fatty acids, polar pigments, and sugars.
