SureSelectXT Low Input Reagent Kits

The SureSelectXT Low Input Reagent Kits are low input DNA library prep kits with hybrid-capture-based target enrichment, optimized for low input FFPE samples. These kits include reagents for library prep, hybridization, and capture. They can be used with any SureSelect custom catalog panel or exome. SureSelectXT Low Input Reagent Kits enable libraries from 10 ng DNA input from intact or FFPE samples. A streamlined workflow with a 8-hour TAT. The workflow is compatible with automation and unique dual sample indexes. Samples are indexed prior to capture, eliminating the concern of cross contamination.
