Swine Anti-Rabbit Immunoglobulins/HRP (solid-phase absorbed)

Secondary antibody intended for use in manual ELISA procedures, to quantitatively detect primary rabbit immunoglobulins coupled to human target antigen in peripheral blood samples. The presence of the target antigen in the sample is quantified based on the HRP-catalyzed conversion of a detectable substrate.This reagent is the purified immunoglobulin fraction of swine antiserum conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP) of very high specific enzymatic activity.
