Target Retrieval Solution, Citrate pH 6

The reagent, after dilution, is a stable reagent specially designed for optimal performance when used for heat-induced epitope retrieval on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue sections prior to manual or automated qualitative IHC staining on Autostainer Link instruments. It is furthermore suitable as an epitope retrieval solution prior to staining of cell smears and cytospin specimens.
