TBNK Kit — 6 Color Immunophenotyping Kit

Agilent TBNK 6-color CD3/CD16+CD56/CD45/CD4/CD19/CD8 Kit is a cocktail of six-color fluorochrome-conjugated antibody reagent for use with Agilent NovoCyte flow cytometers or other suitable flow cytometer systems (like BD FACSCanto II) . This reagent is intended to identify and determine the percentages and absolute counts of T lymphocytes (CD3+), natural killer (NK) lymphocytes (CD3-CD16+CD56+), B lymphocytes (CD3-CD19+), helper/inducer T-lymphocytes (CD3+CD4+) and suppressor/cytotoxic T-lymphocytes (CD3+CD8+) in peripheral blood samples. The results applied to the immunological assessment of normal individuals, and patients having or suspected of having immune deficiency.This reagent is intended for laboratory professional use to quantitative and semi-quantitative flow cytometric assay. Interpretation of results must be made within the context of the patient’s clinical history and other diagnostic tests by a certified professional.
