Telomere PNA Kit. These reagents are of value in detection of telomeres by flow cytometry using fluorescence in situ hybridization and a fluorescein-conjugated PNA probe.Telomere PNA Kit/FITC for Flow Cytometry provides a convenient method for measuring telomeric sequences in vertebrate interphase hematopoietic cells. The kit has been designed so that post-hybridization washes are kept to a minimum and formamide washes are avoided.
