Ultra Sensitivity NGS Kit

The Ultra Sensitivity NGS kit for the Femto Pulse system is used for NGS library quality control, providing sizing and quantification for DNA smears and fragments into the femtogram range. Detecting DNA smears as low as 5 pg/µL and quantifying up to 250 pg/µL makes the Ultra Sensitivity NGS kit ideal for quality control of low concentration NGS libraries. Other genomics applications include single-cell sequencing library QC, PCR-free NGS libraries, and cfDNA quality analysis.
