Two separation methods are optimized for the analysis of total RNA and mRNA quality control (QC), essential for NGS library preparation and gene expression analysis workflows.ProSize data analysis software simplifies the RNA QC process by providing an RNA Quality Number (RQN) for total RNA and calculates percent ribosomal RNA contamination for mRNA samples. These quality metrics are automatically generated, ensuring objective and efficient analysis during RNA QC.
