Xenopus Gene Expression Microarrays

The African clawed frog, Xenopus laevis, is a favored model system in biomedical research. Its use as an experimental system has yielded key discoveries in cellular reprogramming, organogenesis, tissue regeneration, gene regulatory networks and protein interactions controlling growth and development.Agilent has created two versions of the Xenopus Microarray in conjunction with the Carnegie Institute for research.
